Refund Policy

All returns for refund from our "STANDARD" product line are subject to a 15% restocking fee of product price. Shipping is not refundable on any orders.

Returns that are "CUSTOMIZED" are accepted only for defect in manufacturing. All cancelled orders are subject to a fee of up to 50% depending on the stage of manufacturing at the time of cancellation.

Grips purchased with our CUSTOMIZE TAB are all build to order. They are not a stocked item and have a 3 to 5 week lead time for shipping. As of January 1, all California residents must submit some type of government picture ID prior to us being able to ship. Once your order is placed we will contact you with options for submitting the required ID. We do apologize for the inconvience.
